Born and raised in São Paulo
Based in London.

Native from Sao Paulo, Brazil and passionate about all types of music, DJ Limao – aka Fabio Limão - is based in London since 2005, and is a regular fixture on both Brazilian and British circuits. His sets are made up from musical influences he has encountered whilst travelling the world for 25 years making a living out of spinning the decks, and contains all sorts of funky upbeat, happy music with no restrictions.

Limao’s introductions of Brazilian music into open format DJ sets has had a reputable following in London, and took him to perform alongside names as Gilles Peterson, work as support act in the main Brazilian shows in UK as Sergio Mendes at the O2 arena, and headline festivals at iconic locations as Trafalgar Square, Tower Bridge, Somerset House among others.

Spinning House music from all times, has made gigs at renowned clubs as Ministry of  Sound in London, and Audio back at Sao Paulo among others wolrwide.

There's also the almost daily contact with the decks at the 5 residencies held in London - diverse sets every night at very different types of venues.

As well as corporate and private events worldwide when generic sets are put together nicely, with crowd reading setting the tone.

Wedding parties usually take him to travel around, too. Many of them to different parts of Brazil, and also to other countries at times, NYE parties is another kind of gig he is lucky enough to regularly play in paradise destinations over the last years.

The daylight sees those ears quite busy as well, either on studio producing remixes and catered sets for bars, companies, exhibitions and public venues like the glorious Kew Gardens, or on his office, managing some of the 50 acts his artist music & management company weekly offers to 10 different venues in London.

And as a cheery in the pie, runs his own Brazilian party at London, "Vai Brasil", currently in the 11th edition, always gathering a lovely crowd around purely Brazilian finest music sets.
